QHow many times can I try to login before my account is locked?

For internal users (TTC users), WisE Login uses your TWINS/ GTWINS account so it is locked based on TWINS/ GTWINS rules.
 
For external users(customer/ supplier/ warehouse), WisE allows up to 5 incorrect attempts before the account is locked. If your account is locked, please reset your password.
