QHow to open a ticket with WisE helpdesk?

After login to WisE, please click the "Need help" link to go to the Global Contact Center (GCC). Then, click "Search", select any of the results, and click "Ask a question" at the bottom of the screen. Input and submit the form to open a ticket.
 
GCC can also be accessed directly from the URL (login required).
