How to reset password?
For internal users (TTC users), WisE Login is using your TWINS or GTWINS account. You can reset your TWINS/ GTWINS account password through the TWINS/ GTWINS portal.
For external users (customer/ supplier/ warehouse), please go to the WisE login page.
1) Click “Forget your password?” (link under the LOGIN button)
2) Input your Login ID and click “Send a password reset link to your e-mail”
3) Check your email, click the link, and reset your password.
If you don't know your Login ID, a TTC user or WisE helpdesk will be able to check it for you.
