Cannot login/ account is disabled
For internal users (TTC users), WisE Login ID is your TWINS or GTWINS account (TTC Group ID). Please check that your password is input correctly (no extra spaces) or if there is an issue with your TWINS or GTWINS account. If not, please contact WisE helpdesk to investigate the cause.
For external users (customer/ supplier/ warehouse), these are some possible causes:
1) Account locked due to wrong password input 5 times.
2) Password has expired.
For above reasons, please try to reset your password.
3) Account was changed to “inactive”.
External users may request TTC users to change the status and password. After that, external users need to change their password again within 1 hour.
4) New account was created but not activated before due date.
Please contact WisE helpdesk to send a new activation link.
