Cannot find Import Outbound information in WisE after operation is completed in Import WMS
Past causes of this problem:
Import WMS outbound operation was not completed or wrong operation in Import WMS. For example, for TOPIX WMS, outbound IF data is not sent for DI jobs. If IF data is required, Imp W/H should create an Outbound Job directly instead of using a DI job.
If warehouse operation was just completed, please take note of interface lead time between external systems to WisE.
Please also check if you have received an email notification of the error.
Email Subject: Error when receiving outbound data from Imp WMS
Below are the list of reasons why WisE could not accept the Import Outbound data:
- Error in Import outbound IF: Customer Code not found
- Error in Import outbound IF: Customer contract unit price is TBC
- Error in Import outbound IF: Contract is not matching with the business key
- Error in Import outbound IF: Customer PO No not found
- Error in Import outbound IF: Firm business customer
- Error in Import outbound IF: Insufficient inventory
- Error in Import outbound IF: P/N found in multiple customer contracts
- Error in Import outbound IF: P/N not found in any customer contract
- Error in Import outbound IF: Section Code Not Match
- Error in Import outbound IF: Spot Order / Trial Order
If you need to re-import the data, you can open a ticket to WisE Helpdesk with error email as attachment.
