QError in Import outbound IF: Contract is not matching with the business key

The key data (customer, section, WisE P/N, customer PO) sent by Import WMS does not match with any customer contract in WisE. This may happen if one of the key data was changed in Import WMS. Please check with the Import warehouse or WMS team if such an irregular operation happened.
