Error in Import outbound IF: Section Code Not Match
This case only happens if Imp WMS does not send Customer PO to WisE so the key data received by WisE is customer, section, & WisE P/N. WisE will search for a contract that matches this key data and error is shown when the section code is different from WisE master.
Possible causes:
- Section code was changed in WisE master
- This is an old order (before Dec 2024) for Z/TT-Logix and 1 outbound includes multiple sections
- Some data was changed in Import WMS by an irregular operation
To resolve it, do outbound using the WisE screen function.
