Can supplier reject orders in WisE?
No, WisE does not have an option for suppliers to reject orders.
Since this is an irregular situation that needs case-by-case discussion, supplier should contact their buyer TTC office.
After all parties agree, these options are available in WisE:
1) Order cancellation by buyer TTC office (only for confirmed orders)
The cancellation can be for the whole order or only part of it.
2) Supplier adjust supplier delivery plan to later date (only for unconfirmed orders)
