QHow to cancel orders?

The Order Cancellation function is available for Exporter office (or TTC office buying from supplier). Orders can be cancelled only after the supplier has confirmed the order and the Delivery Tags have been generated, and before Export Inbound.

Before cancelling orders in WisE, there should be offline communication and agreement between all parties.

Go to MENU > Order Management > Order Cancellation.
