What to do if shipping status shows "No LIVE data"?
Please check the following possible causes:
1) SCAC, Container No., or B/L No. of the shipping document is not correct.
Please ensure that the correct data is input. Either Container No. or B/L No. must be correct (if B/L No. cannot be found, Container No. will be used). Note that B/L No. should be the Master B/L.
2) Carrier is out of scope.
Unfortunately, not all carrier data is available at this time. Also, only sea shipment data is available. If you are not sure whether your carrier is in scope, please contact WisE helpdesk.
3) System issue.
If (1) & (2) are not the cause, please contact WisE helpdesk for further investigation.
