How does WisE update "Actual" shipment in the shipping status?
The shipping status shows "Actual" shipments after the export TTC office completes the shipping documents. (For cases where supplier is the exporter, "Actual" shipments are shown after import vanning is completed). At this time, the ETD, ETA, & ATD are based on the shipping documents/ import vanning.
After that, 2 times a day, WisE receives the latest container tracking data from an external system (CeeZ). WisE uses this data to update the ATD & ATA in shipping status.
The "Update Date" shows the last time that these fields were changed. If WisE is pending the first update from CeeZ, it shows "Waiting LIVE data". If the shipment cannot be found in CeeZ, it shows "No LIVE data".
