In most cases, part status should be changed to "Build Out".

1. Part is removed from regular (monthly/ weekly/ additional) order form to prevent order mistakes.
2. Irregular orders (urgent, spot, trial) are still possible.
3. Price and other master can still be updated.
4. Price history record remains.
5. If part needs to be ordered again (e.g. after market), the part status can be changed.

However, there may be reasons to remove parts from contracts.

1. To add a new part with the same customer/ supplier part number.
2. Housekeeping for parts that will never be ordered again.
3. Housekeeping for parts moved from old contract to new contract.
