Can 1 customer/ supplier be used by multiple offices?
Yes, multiple offices can sell to the same customer and buy from the same supplier. The office should create a new contract and select the customer/ supplier. The customer/ supplier will be able to see orders from all linked offices.
However, please note that only 1 Main TTC Office can be set in customer/ supplier. Only the Main TTC Office can:
1) modify master data for the customer/ supplier (e.g. address, company name, etc)
2) do operations on behalf of customer/ supplier
