This means that a local TTC office does WisE operations on behalf of a customer or supplier.
The customer/ supplier does not have any access to WisE.

After the customer/ supplier is set as on-behalf in master, the Main TTC Office of the customer/ supplier will be able to access their page by selecting the customer/ supplier code at the top of WisE screen.
