TTC Global FAQ

For TTC users, WisE Login ID is your TWINS or G-TWINS account so there is no expiry.

 

For external users (customer/ supplier/ warehouse), WisE Login password will expire after 3 months. This is following the TTC IT security policy. External users will receive email from WisE to remind them to change their password 10 days before expiry.

 

To extend the expiry date, external users should reset their password.
