What if customer cannot place monthly order due to long holidays?
Please consider these options:
1) Customer place order before start of holidays.
Monthly orders can be placed from the 1st of the month. Please ensure that any master changes are completed before orders are placed.
2) Place orders on-behalf of customers.
The on-behalf setting can be turned on temporarily for the Main TTC Office to place the order. Please remember to change the setting back and ensure customer Login IDs are active.
3) Customer place order using monthly additional order (available for standard business on 26th-end of month).
For high volume customers, it's best to inform suppliers in advance to ensure smooth operations.
4) Customers place order using urgent order.
Please discuss this with exporters & suppliers in advance. Forecast data will need to be sent out of WisE, which will affect the next month's fluctuation in WisE.
