The monthly order due date is based on the requirements of both customer and supplier. At times, customers have to accept a due date that is too early to reflect their latest production plan. The monthly additional order allows customers to adjust their monthly order in case the production plan is increased significantly. It is also sometimes used to correct mistakes in the monthly order.

Since the additional order has a fixed due date, it also allows suppliers to receive orders from all customers at one known time instead of handling separate requests at unplanned timings as it was before WisE.

The monthly additional order is only for orders to be handled together with the monthly order. For orders that require special handling, such as urgent shipments, please use the urgent order.
