How to change an order after it is issued?
Monthly and additional orders can be edited directly in the Place Order screen before the order due date.
For spot and trial orders, modification is possible any time (before delivery is completed) using MENU > Order Management > Spot/Trial Order Modification.
Except for spot and trial orders, orders or some order quantity can be cancelled using MENU > Order Management > Order Cancellation. This function can only be used after orders are confirmed and before Export Inbound by Exporter office (or office buying from supplier).
