Can Import Outbound for firm business be done automatically based on Warehouse actual outbound?
In the current system design, firm business outbound must be done in the WisE screen.
It is possible to request the warehouse to do this operation in WisE or consider other tools such as RPA.
Background for design:
The definition of firm business is that Importer offices do not hold inventory so goods are delivered to customer immediately.
The warehouse does not receive kanban from customer but instead sales will instruct the warehouse to perform the outbound using a delivery instruction.
If there is a concern that the warehouse did not deliver the correct parts, please consider an automated monthly checking process by RPA or similar tools.
