QHow to cancel Import Outbound?

Before Import Outbound is completed (e.g. Issued status), it can be edited by selecting the action icon.
 
After Import Outbound is completed, it cannot be changed by users. If needed, please open a ticket with WisE helpdesk to cancel the outbound.
 
Please note that this is considered an irregular process and actions should be taken to reduce its occurrence by each office.
