QCannot do Import Inbound

A
Please check the following possible causes:
1) Export/ Middle Ship Doc status is not "Completed" (Access: MENU > Shipping Documents > Shipping Doc (Buyer)). 
If not, please request Exporter/ Middle office to complete their process.
2) Import Inbound was already completed.
3) Importer office is not in the business line.
4) Import Vanning is not yet issued (for business without Exporter office).
