Generally, D-day is the target day for an operation.
In WisE, "D-X" means X working days before D-day.
For monthly order related due dates in WisE, D-day is the first working day of the month after the order month (target day = start of supplier delivery). The working days are based on the working calendar of the Export office (or office buying from supplier).
