How to check if my order was cancelled?
Here are a few methods:
1) Search for your order in the Order Cancellation History report.
Access: MENU > Data Search > REPORTS tab
2) If the whole order was cancelled, the status of the order will be changed to “Cancelled”. However, if the order was only partially cancelled, the status will not be changed.
3) For Exporter TTC office (or office purchasing from supplier), past cancellations can be checked on the screen at MENU > Order Management > Order Cancellation. Alternatively, checking if there are any cancelled Delivery Tags will also show if the order was cancelled.
4) WisE will send a notification email to all parties in the business route when order cancellation is done so you may check if you received such an email.
