Can delivery tags be printed per customer or import country?
No. Unfortunately, the "Print Delivery Tag' screen does not show customer or import country data so there is no direct way to print delivery tags per customer or import country.
Some workarounds:
(1) Use different supplier contracts for each customer
Supplier orders are created per supplier contract and supplier order no. can be selected when printing delivery tags. Please ensure that suppliers can accept receiving multiple POs.
(2) Register an indicator in "Supplier Plant" field
Supplier plant can be selected when printing delivery tags. If supplier does not use the "Supplier plant" field, it can be used to indicate the customer or import country.
It is registered in the supplier contract per part so this method will not work if the same part is used by multiple customers/ import countries. Please note that this field will be shown on the supplier delivery plan and other functions.
(3) Set an indicator in "Delivery Run" field
Delivery Run can be selected when printing delivery tags. If warehouse does not use the "Delivery Run" field, it can be used to indicate the customer or import country.
It can be uploaded in [Export Inbound Plan > Modify Packing Lane/Delivery Run] after delivery tags are created. Please note that this field will be shown on the delivery tag and other functions.
