The part description is shown on WisE screens and reports, such as shipping documents, order forms, purchase orders, and sales orders. After it is changed in master, the new part description will be shown from the next order.
The part description is also sent to external systems linked with WisE and may be used to update the master data or screens/ reports of those systems.
