When are the WisE helpdesk working hours?
The WisE helpdesk has 2 teams; one in Japan and one in Singapore.
The Japan team handles enquiries in Japanese language during Japan working hours 09:00~17:45 (GMT00:00~08:45) Monday-Friday, excluding company holidays.
The Singapore team handles all other enquiries during Singapore working hours 09:00~17:45 (GMT01:00~09:45) Monday-Friday, excluding company holidays.
When 1 team is on holiday, the other team may respond to urgent enquiries received in any language. Outside of working hours, support is on a best effort basis. If you have special requests, please submit them in advance.
