Timeout may also happen for other reasons so if you have tried more than 5 times, please contact WisE helpdesk with the following information:
1) FULLSCREEN screenshot of the error (including URL bar & taskbar with date/time)
2) Login ID(s) that encountered the error
3) The time of the errors (e.g. 12.13pm, 12.45pm, 1.10pm, 1.30pm, 1.45pm)
4) Steps taken before the error (e.g. go to order screen, click on issue order, etc)
5) Order No, Invoice No, or other relevant data
6) Urgency to resolve & impact of any delay
