QHow is the WisE shipping plan calculated?

For regular orders (monthly, weekly, additional), WisE automatically calculates the shipping plan for each order based on master settings. Please refer to [WisEdom_ShippingPlanLeadTime.pptx].

For irregular orders, the shipping plan is not calculated by WisE but input by TTC office PIC. Please refer to [WisEdom_UrgentOrder.pptx].
