After orders are placed by customer (or relevant TTC office), WisE automatically generates orders for all TTC offices in the contract route and to suppliers. This process is sometimes called "order combine" or "combining orders".

For monthly or additional orders, order combine happens after the order due date at GMT00:00 of the following day. Order quantities from different customer orders are consolidated and split based on the contract route to create 1 order per contract.

For other order types (weekly, urgent, spot, trial), order combine happens immediately after orders are issued by customer (or relevant TTC office). Order quantities from different customer orders are NOT consolidated but may be split based on the contract route to create 1 order per contract.
