About WisE Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for external users
For external users (customer/ supplier/ warehouse), WisE has optional MFA using the following 2 authentication factors:
1) WisE User ID / Password
2) One-Time Password (OTP)
OTP generation is based on the use of a mobile authentication app only. OTP delivery via email or SMS is not supported. To set up the OTP, please refer to the manual [How to use OTP function.xlsx] in the WisE document map: https://toyotsu.box.com/v/WisEDocMapGlobal
To disable the MFA, please unselect the checkbox "One-time password settings" on the WisE login screen.
