QTWINS/ GTWINS ID not found when registering a new WisE user.

These are some possible causes:

  1. TWINS/ GTWINS ID input incorrectly. Please use lower case alphabets only. For new IDs, please re-check the ID in the email you received from TWINS/ GTWINS.
  2. TWINS/ GTWINS ID is invalid. Please try to login to TWINS/ GTWINS to verify it.
  3. TWINS/ GTWINS ID is registered for a different office from company in WisE.
