QCannot change contract master (no Edit action)

Please check the following possible causes:

1) User does not have access rights
Contract master can only be registered by the seller office, except for purchase contract from supplier, which can be registered by the office buying from supplier. Any user with PIC, Manager, or Administrator role can change the master.

2) The contract has a pending master request
Instead of the Edit action, there will be a "Check Request Detail" action. Click the action to see the request description. The contract can only be edited after the pending request is approved.
