QWhy didn't order form order lot change after master delivery lot/ order lot was changed?

Please check the following possible causes:
1) Master change is not yet completed. If a master request was created, please check if the status is "Approved" or if it's still in "Issued" status.
 
2) For additional order, order lot follows the monthly order. If master was changed after the monthly order, the new order lot will apply from the next monthly order.
 
3) Each contract in the contract route has a delivery lot. Please check that all the delivery lots and order lot in the contract route part master are correct.
