Contracts can be changed to inactive when:

1. No new orders will be placed for this contract.
2. No orders pending order combine (order due date) or supplier confirmation.
3. For parts using "By delivery" price reflection, delivery is completed for all orders.
4. For customer contracts for inventory business, no further inventory adjustment or outbound on WisE screen (outbound data from WMS can still be processed).
5. Contract, part, and price master do not need to be updated anymore.
6. Interface mapping of contract does not need to be updated anymore.
