QWhy is "Delivery Plan" blank in the Place Monthly Order or Place Weekly Order screen?

This happens when the system cannot calculate the customer delivery plan for reasons such as:

  1. The shipping calendar is not registered (or the registered shipping calendar is not enough to calculate the plan)
    Please check the shipping route master. If shipping calendar period is not enough, please request the Main TTC Office of the shipping route to do the registration.
     
  2. The export office working calendar is not registered (or the registered shipping calendar is not enough to calculate the plan)
    Please check the export office's working calendar master. If working calendar period is not enough, please request the Export Office to do the registration.
     
  3. For 1-to-1 business, the supplier production period is incorrect. For example, if the setting is N+6 (N: order month), the registered shipping calendar or working calendar may not be enough to calculate for supplier delivery that is 6 months later.
    Please request the export office (or office buying from supplier) to check this in the supplier contract.
