Can 1 TTC user access to multiple offices?
It is possible for a TTC user to have access to multiple offices within the same region as their company.
Company depends on the TWINS/ GTWINS registration. To check it:
1) Go to [MENU >Admin/Setting > User Management].
2) Find the user and click the "View" icon.
3) "Company" is shown on the USER INFO tab.
To add access to a new office:
1) Go to [MENU >Admin/Setting > User Management].
2) Find the user and click the "Modify" icon.
3) In step 2, add the required offices.
4) The SBU leader of the region will be requested to approve the change.
