QHow to register a new WisE account/ Login ID?

New users can be added at [MENU > Admin/Setting > User Management].

For TTC office users, please ensure that the new user has a TWINS/ GTWINS ID (TTC Group ID). New users can be registered by a PIC, Manager, or Administrator with access to the office of the new user. Approval may be required if the workflow is active.

For external users, new users can be registered by the Main TTC Office or by another user of the same customer/ supplier/ warehouse. Approval may be required if the workflow is active for the Main TTC Office. After approval, an email will be sent to the new user with a link to accept WisE terms & conditions and reset their password. Please note that this link has an expiry date. If expired, please contact WisE helpdesk for assistance.
