A customer (e.g. A) may contract a subsidiary or other company (e.g. B) to manufacture a portion of their finished goods. In WisE, B may be registered as a "sub customer" of A (the "main customer"), which will allow B use WisE to place orders on behalf of A.

Besides placing orders, the sub customer has access to other WisE functions (order status, data search, settings) but they can only access the contracts assigned to them. Sub customers also cannot see price information in WisE. Documents like PO and invoice will be between the main customer and TTC only, and sub customers will only be mentioned as a delivery location.

Note that main customer will NOT be able to place orders for sub customer parts, although they will be able to see the issued orders and related data.
