QWhat is the purpose of B/L (bill of lading) No. in WisE shipping documents?

This information is used as follows:

WisE sends B/L No to CeeZ to get the latest container shipping status.
Importer office may use it for reference when calling in Containers.
It is sent to accounting system in Export Goods Issue (GI) data, Import Goods Receipt (GR) data, and Middle GR/GI data.
