Shipping document measurements like Gross Weight (G/W) & Volume (M3) are based on vanning data from the Exporter office or warehouse.

These are some possible causes:
1) Warehouse master is not correct
2) Human error when input vanning data
3) Different definition of G/W, N/W, etc (e.g. including or excluding outer package weight)
