QIf my Export business does not use WisE Shipping Documents, is it necessary to do the WisE Shipping documents process?

Please always complete the Export Ship Doc process in WisE, especially if your Importer office uses WisE.

Impact if Export Ship Docs are not completed accurately:

  1. Importer office cannot do next operation in WisE and Import warehouse
  2. Order status in WisE screens & reports not updated correctly
