Why is the order confirmation due date in the next month?
For 1-to-1 business monthly order, there are 2 due date settings in master:
(1) Order due date (set in customer contract)
(2) Confirmation due date (set in supplier contract)
If the setting for (1) is later than (2), the confirmation due date will be pushed to the next month.
Example: (1) = 28th of the month; (2) = 25th of the month
When customers place order for May, suppliers will receive the order on 29th May and confirmation due date will be 25th Jun (since 25th May has already passed).
Please always ensure that (1) is earlier than (2).
Note: If order is already issued to supplier, it cannot be changed. One option is to cancel it and place an urgent order instead for this month.
