Supplier cannot adjust delivery plan
These are some possible reasons why supplier cannot adjust the supplier delivery plan:
1) For standard business monthly orders, the delivery plan cannot be adjusted if order quantity is within the fluctuation limit.

2) After order is confirmed, the delivery plan cannot be modified. Note that monthly orders are automatically confirmed at the end of the confirmation due date (GMT 24:00)
3) The delivery plan start date must be later than the order confirmation date.
4) For weekly orders, the delivery plan must be within 10 weeks.
