What to do if order confirmation due date was missed?
For monthly orders, the orders will be automatically confirmed after the due date. If supplier accepts the delivery plan, no additional action is needed and delivery process can begin.
If the delivery plan needs to be changed, it will need to be managed outside the system. If there is a significant impact on the shipping plan, please inform Importer office in advance.
