What is a Call-Off order?
For inventory business, customers provide monthly/ weekly forecasts, which TTC offices use to place Monthly/ weekly firm orders to suppliers in WisE.
Then, customers issue kanbans or delivery requests to the import warehouse or office only when they need parts for production. For example, a customer may issue delivery requests every hour for their production in the next hour. The import warehouse will do outbound and deliver the requested goods to customer.
The kanban/ delivery request is considered the firm order of the customer. So for each import outbound in WisE, the system automatically generates a Call-Off order. Call-off orders cannot be created in any other way.
