QWhy does my order change back to not issued?

For monthly and additional orders, it could be that the order was edited after it was issued.

Please note that even if no changes are made to the order, clicking the Edit action will automatically change the status to "Not Issued", regardless of whether the user clicks Cancel or navigates back to the home page.

After clicking the Edit button, please always click Next to the last step and issue the order again.
