How to transfer stock in import warehouse to another customer or customer contract?
In WisE, it is not possible to transfer stock between customers or contracts. As a workaround, stock adjustment can be done for inventory business customers to "move" the stock quantity.
For cases with import WMS I/F
WisE uses Customer PO No. as a key when receiving outbound data from WMS. If stock was transferred in Import WMS, please contact the WMS helpdesk to modify the Customer PO No in WMS data to ensure the new customer contract is used for WisE outbound.
