Currently, an issue has been identified where the Excel format (Supplier Delivery Plan) used for Monthly Orders differs from the previous layout.

Although a system release notification was sent via email on May 27, 2026,
the previous communication stated that the format change would apply only to Urgent Orders.

However, it has been confirmed that the same format change has also been applied to other order types.

This issue was caused by changes in the format (layout) due to the impact of another system modification,
as well as insufficient impact analysis at the time.

In addition, we sincerely apologize for not providing sufficient prior notice regarding this matter
and for any inconvenience caused to our users.

Currently, the same format has been applied to all order types, including those other than Urgent Orders.

■ Applicable Format
- Supplier Delivery Plan Upload Form for Suppliers (Monthly, Weekly, Additional, Urgent, Spot, Trial)

■ Changes
- Column starting position: from Column B to Column C

Going forward, this format will be officially adopted.
Please continue to use the current Excel format (Supplier Delivery Plan).
