What is a master request?
Depending on the workflow setting, some master changes may require approval.
The master request is similar to the shopping cart concept, and allows multiple master changes to be added to 1 master request to be approved together.
- When master is changed, if approval is needed, the user will automatically be offered the option to create a new master request or add the change to an existing request.
- When the user finishes adding all the master changes, the master request can be issued for approval.
