Cannot find delivery tag (D/T) in SAP WMS
There are multiple reasons this could happen:
1) Master setting is incomplete (must be complete before ordering).
2) Delivery tags are not yet available in WisE.
3) Irregular orders are only partially confirmed. D/T are not sent to SAP WMS until all quantity in order is confirmed by supplier.
4) Interface is still processing. Interface leadtime may take up to 2 hours, especially when there is a large volume.
5) SAP WMS master is incomplete or incorrect.
6) SAP WMS search filter is not set correctly.
If the reason is not found above, please raise a ticket with WisE Helpdesk for investigation.
